Cappelli RCCD TEAM RETREAT

Our first post-Covid-era Team Retreat took place in early October.

After a complicated and uncertain year, characterized by a significant reduction in social relations, but at the same time by a significant growth of the firm in terms of staff, the teams from Milan, Rome and London gathered in Tuscany for a weekend of work and leisure.

It was an extraordinary opportunity to consolidate working relationships, functional not only to transfer information and to share the values and objectives of the firm, but also to build mutual identification and belonging.
