Antonio specialises in bankruptcy law and restructuring (and has been involved in the most important Italian restructurings performed since the 2005 bankruptcy law reform), corporate law (mergers and acquisitions, private equity, extraordinary transactions), banking law (corporate financing) and advises clients on a wide range of contractual and corporate governance matters. Antonio assists both international and Italian industrial and financial clients in cross border transactions, including restructuring and M&A and has extensive experience in advising the board of directors of target companies, comprising listed companies.
