Armando mainly focuses on assistance aimed at avoiding corporate crisis, including the monitoring of KPIs, restructuring procedures anticipated and followed by M&A deals, advising Italian and foreign companies in different sectors. Armando has extensive experience in dealing with composition with creditors, pre-pack procedures, settlement with creditors and turnaround management. Armando also assists clients in insolvency and corporate litigation. Armando is also appointed by the Courts as receiver/trustee in restructuring and insolvency procedures in order to tackle contentious and non-contentious cases. Armando also advises foreign clients dealing with Italian insolvency/restructuring procedures and multinational companies in cross-border insolvency matters.
