Giuseppe practises mainly in the area of banking and finance law, providing assistance to banks, financial institutions, securitization vehicles, investment funds and corporates (Italian and international) in the context of leveraged finance, corporate finance and real estate finance transactions, as well as refinancing and debt restructuring transactions through composition with creditors procedures, out-of-court procedures based on restructuring plans and debt restructuring agreements, and in the context of special lending transactions, also in the framework of securitization transactions under Law No. 130/99, and distressed M&A transactions.
