Martina practices in the area of financial regulations, focusing on Debt Capital Markets. In the course of her experience, she has assisted Italian and international companies, banks, and financial institutions in the issuance and listing of debt securities, including bonds, certificates, and Medium Term Note programs, both in the Italian and international markets. In the course of her practice, Martina has also studied sustainable finance and the issuance of ESG products and has, in addition, gained experience in equity capital markets transactions, liability management transactions, financing transactions, and securitization transactions.
