Nicolò practises in the area of structured finance, with a particular focus on securitisation transactions. He advises arrangers, originators, noteholders and representatives of the noteholders on securitisation transactions (including transactions benefitting from the GACS, partly-paid notes and revolving structures) backed by a wide range of asset classes (residential mortgage loans, loans granted to small and medium-sized enterprises, trade receivables, leases receivables, salary secured loans). He also assists in basket bond transactions and transfers of receivables’ portfolios, both performing and non performing.
