Eugenio Pizzetti

Mainly deals with civil and commercial litigation, assisting industrial and financial clients, both Italian and international. In particular, he has gained significant expertise in financial litigation, assisting certain of the major disputes in recent years in relation to financial derivatives.

He has also gained significant experience in the management of disputes arising from the scope of securitisation operations, also with specific reference to the possible liability profiles of the parties involved in the management of such structures.

He also has a solid experience in the management of civil litigation by product liability, in particular in the medical and pharmaceutical sector. In the academic field, in the past, he has collaborated with the chairs of Commercial Law and Industrial Law at the Università Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi” and at the Università del Piemonte Orientale.
