He carries out his professional activity mainly dealing with issues of administrative law, in the field of public tenders for works, services and supplies, project financing, public-private partnerships, urban planning, and more generally with all that regards the relationship between private individuals and the public administration, specifically in the field of construction of large infrastructures.
He gained considerable experience dealing with public companies, also operating in the financial and banking sector.
He is full Professor of Constitutional law in Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples.

- Ph.D. in Constitutional justice and fundamental rights, University of Pisa, 2004
Author of many articles published in the most important italian law reviews (for example Foro italiano, Giurisprudenza costituzionale, Rivista trimestrale di diritto pubblico, Giornale di diritto amministrativo, Rivista italiana di diritto del lavoro, Rivista dell’arbitrato, Giurisprudenza italiana) and also of two books concerning the constitutional procedure law (2011) and the arbitration (2018).
