Francesco Tarì

Francesco practises in the areas of banking and finance, with a particular focus on structured finance and securitisation transactions.

He is experienced in advising originators, noteholders and representatives of the noteholders on securitisation transactions (including transactions benefitting from the GACS and partly-paid notes) backed by a wide range of asset classes (residential mortgage loans, leases receivables and NPLs).

Francesco also advises on transfers of receivables’ portfolios.
Before joining Cappelli RCCD, he worked as intern at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena (Leasing & Factoring).

He graduated in law at the University of Siena and he attended a full-time Master in Corporate Criminal Law at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.
