Giuseppe has gained solid experience in the field of commercial and corporate law and mainly deals with M&A transactions in a national and international context, also providing ordinary consultancy in favor of companies and investment funds.

Over the years he has continuously assisted various national and multinational companies in the drafting of commercial contracts, in the management of corporate obligations and in corporate governance projects. Giuseppe has also gained specific experience in the area of administrative responsibility of companies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
