She has extensive experience in the structuring and negotiation of extraordinary cross-border transactions, investment contracts, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements and commercial agreements in relation to a variety of economic sectors (including life sciences, luxury & retail, food, energy and industrial), coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
