Luca Magrini practices in the area of debt restructuring and special situations, with particular focus on distressed M&A type of deals in both national and international transactions. Luca also has a strong background in more traditional M&A and PE type of deals including domestic and cross-border matters.

His clients typically include investment funds in a range of sectors including shipping, leisure, hi-tech and technology, financial sector and insurance, construction of infrastructures for telecommunications, energy transport and also the transport sector.

Before joining Cappelli RCCD Luca worked for DLA Piper and leading national and international law firms.
