Matilde practices in the area of banking and finance law, with a particular focus on structured finance and securitisation transactions (including transactions benefitting from the GACS, partly-paid notes and revolving structures) backed by a wide range of asset classes (residential mortgage loans, loans granted to small and medium-sized enterprises, trade receivables, leases receivables and NPLs).

She also advises on basket bond transactions and transfers of receivables’ portfolios, both performing and non performing.

She has also matured experience in bankruptcy and corporate law
