Nicolò Piccaluga

Nicolò practises in the areas of banking and finance, with a particular focus on structured finance and securitisation transactions.

He is experienced in advising arrangers, originators, noteholders and representatives of the noteholders on securitisation transactions (including transactions benefitting from the GACS, partly-paid notes and revolving structures) backed by a wide range of asset classes (residential mortgage loans, loans granted to small and medium-sized enterprises, trade receivables, leases receivables, salary secured loans and NPLs).

Nicolò also advises on basket bond transactions and transfers of receivables’ portfolios, both performing and non performing.
