Cappelli RCCD sets up tax team with new partner Paolo Serva

Paolo Serva joins Cappelli RCCD as a partner, together with the associate  Edoardo Diotallevi.

Paolo specialises in corporate taxation, M&A transactions, finance and structured finance transactions, and real estate transactions and is a member of the IFA and of the Real Estate Tax Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome.

Very active in the restructuring of the tax debt in the context of insolvency procedures and in tax litigation, he regularly assists Private Equity and Real Estate funds.

With the joining of Paolo Serva, Cappelli RCCD extends its activity  to Tax and will offer advice also in this area, in consideration of the relevance of the tax component in many areas of the firm’s activity.

His arrival, which brings the number of partners to 24, implements  the founding member’s project  to expand Cappelli RCCD’s activity  also to this practice area and is a  tangible sign of the firm’s steady growth path  and of the multidisciplinary development of our offering.
