THCS III has allocated EUR 50 million in order to support the company\u2019s organic growth and the buy-back of certain \u00a0minority shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2002, Gorent specialises in the short and long-term vehicle hire for urban hygiene and waste management services, and partners with both public administrations and private companies. It currently manages a fleet of over 1,100 various types of vehicles, ranging from compactors to sweepers, around 90% of which are new generation technologies or powered by sustainable sources.<\/p>\n<p>Gorent, an Italian leader in this specialised market, is rapidly expanding internationally and is present in France and Spain, as well as having recently opened offices in Poland, Portugal and the Baltic States. The transaction also includes EcoEnergy, a group company specialising in waste collection services and the recycling of household cooking oil.<\/p>\n<p>The investment will take place through a preferential capital instrument, in conjunction with which THCP will acquire a 29% stake in the group. The capital provided by THCP will enable Gorent to continue to invest in its infrastructure and expand its international presence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THCP<\/strong> was advised on the legal side by <strong>Cappelli RCCD<\/strong>, with Senior Partner Roberto Cappelli, Partners Valentina Dragoni and Morena Bontorin, assisted by Counsel Silvia Pasqualini, associates Raffaella Ceglia and Alessandro Antoniozzi and junior associate Raffaela Tortora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Financial advisor: Rothschild, with Nicola Paini and Vitale &amp;
