The role of Agent under the debt restructuring agreement was entrusted to Prelios Credit Agent, led by Roberto di Lauro and his team.<br \/>\nChiara Edificatrice Milanese is a company owned by the Pirovano family which operates in the real estate development sector in Milan and its suburbs, particularly in the Municipality of Peschiera Borromeo. The restructuring plan submitted by the company provides for an organised and managed liquidation of all its assets, particularly all of its real estate properties, in order to repay its debt exposure to creditors.<br \/>\nAs part of the transaction, Cappelli RCCD acted as legal advisor to the financial creditors with Partner Morena Bontorin and Associate Deborah De Rosa.<br \/>\nChiara Edificatrice Milanese in liquidazione was assisted by Oxerevi SRL headed by Davide Russo, as financial advisor, and by AMTF Avvocati with Partner Michele Gioffr\u00e8 and Senior Associates Giuseppe Rizzo and Nicholas Parati.
