Cappelli RCCD expands with the entrance of the new partner, Ilaria Maria Placco, thus bringing the number of partners to 25 and consolidating the Corporate M&A team.<\/p>\n
She arrives from Gianni & Origoni, where she joined in 1999 and where she has been a partner since 2008. Ilaria specialises in corporate and commercial law and advises Italian and foreign entrepreneurs and companies in domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. She has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating investment agreements, shareholders\u2019 agreements, joint venture agreements and commercial contracts covering a wide range of economic sectors. She also provides day-to-day advice on corporate, commercial and contractual matters.<\/p>\n
The associate, Beatrice Olivieri, also joins the Firm. Both Ilaria and Beatrice are based in the Rome office.<\/p>\n
