Alessandra has extensive experience in the fields of industrial law and intellectual property, information technology, privacy and personal data protection. In particular, Alessandra provides assistance in relation to the exploitation and protection of trademarks, patents, design, know-how, copyright, as well as in the field of technology transfer, research and development, information technology, unfair competition, consumer law and e-commerce, influencer marketing, image protection and advertising law. Alessandra also provides assistance in the areas of privacy and personal data processing and has acquired specific expertise in IP, IT and privacy support in corporate and m&amp;a operations.<br \/>\nThe new practice will operate in a coordinated and transversal way with the other 11 departments of the firm and will guarantee further support and assistance to the firm\u2019s clients in strategic matters to optimise and maintain the level of competitiveness in their respective sectors.<br \/>\n&#8220;It is a great satisfaction for us to welcome Alessandra into our team&#8221; says the Name Partner Roberto Cappelli, &#8220;conscious of her experience and professionalism I am sure that her work will maximize our consolidation and growth strategies, by overseeing a new area of specialization within the firm and opening up new job opportunities and synergies.&#8221;<br \/>\nAlessandra enters the Cappelli RCCD office in Milan with a consolidated team composed of senior associate Giulia Iozzia and associate Ginevra Lombardi, thus bringing the number of Cappelli RCCD professionals to about 110, including 25 partners among the Milan, Rome and London offices. Alessandra is a professor of commercial law at L.
