Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners (CRCCD) announces the arrival of Guido Bartolomei, who joins the firm as a partner after more than 13 years at Latham & Watkins, where he became counsel in 2024.<\/p>\n

Guido specializes in equity and debt capital markets, public M&A, and corporate advisory matters relating to corporate governance, including regulatory aspects and market abuse regulation.<\/p>\n

Over the years, he has assisted private equity funds, issuing companies and investment banks in major transactions in the Italian market, and contributed to the preparation of the first English-language prospectus format adopted in Italy. Most recently, he worked on the listings of Lottomatica Group, EuroGroup Laminations and Industrie De Nora. He has also advised several issuers and banks on the Italian aspects of many high-yield bond issuances, most recently those of Golden Goose and Lottomatica Group.<\/p>\n
