{"id":4996,"date":"2026-04-17T10:59:11","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T08:59:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.crccdlex.com\/?p=4996"},"modified":"2026-04-17T12:39:18","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T10:39:18","slug":"newsletter-aprile-2026-pt-1-lavoro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.crccdlex.com\/en\/newsletter-aprile-2026-pt-1-lavoro\/","title":{"rendered":"Newsletter April 2026 (pt. 1): Employment Law"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Smart working: new employer disclosure obligations<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/eli\/id\/2026\/03\/23\/26G00050\/SG\">Law No. 34 of 11 March 2026<\/a> decisively intervened in the area of health and safety with reference to work activity performed in smart working arrangements in environments that do not fall within the legal control of the employer, amending Article 3 of Legislative Decree No. 81\/2008.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, Article 11 of the said Law No. 34\/2026 introduced an obligation on the employer to deliver to the worker and to the workers&#8217; safety representative, at least annually, a written disclosure document identifying the general risks and the specific risks connected with smart working, in particular those linked to prolonged use of computers.
