{"id":5782,"date":"2026-07-31T15:11:11","date_gmt":"2026-07-31T13:11:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.crccdlex.com\/?p=5782"},"modified":"2026-07-31T16:48:16","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T14:48:16","slug":"5782","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.crccdlex.com\/en\/5782\/","title":{"rendered":"Newsletter July 2026 (pt. 2): M&#038;A"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>MAR: Delegated Regulations (EU) 2026\/788 and 2026\/789 published in the OJEU<\/h4>\n<p>On 16 July 2026, Delegated Regulations (EU) 2026\/788 and 2026\/789 were published in the Official Journal of the European Union, forming part of the regulatory framework of Regulation (EU) 2014\/596 (Market Abuse Regulation \u2014 \u201c<strong>MAR<\/strong>\u201d), implementing the amendments introduced by the so-called <em>Listing Act<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=OJ:L_202600788\">Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026\/788<\/a> amends Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016\/522 with regard to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>closed periods, extending the circumstances in which persons discharging managerial responsibilities may carry out transactions during such periods;<\/li>\n<li>the list of trading venues having a significant cross-border dimension for the purposes of market abuse supervision;<\/li>\n<li>market manipulation indicators, in order to align them with developments in trading practices and financial instruments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=OJ:L_202600789\">Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026\/789<\/a>, by contrast, supplements MAR as regards the public disclosure of inside information in the context of protracted processes and delayed disclosure, introducing a non-exhaustive list of final events and circumstances that will enable issuers to identify with greater certainty the moment at which the disclosure obligation arises.<\/p>\n<p>The new provisions are aimed at promoting a more uniform application of the European market abuse regime.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MAR: Delegated Regulations (EU) 2026\/788 and 2026\/789 published in the  [&#8230;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":124,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[71],"tags":[],"crccd-news":[164],"class_list":["post-5782","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-crccd-news","crccd-news-ma"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Newsletter July 2026 (pt. 2): M&amp;A - Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din &amp;
