The Firm was founded in 2009 by Silvio Riolo, Paolo Calderaro and Michele Crisostomo, who were joined by Alberto Del Din in 2017 and then by Roberto Cappelli in 2020. It now counts more than one hundred lawyers operating from offices in Milan, Rome and London.
