Inclusion
Welcome Project – UNHCR
Since 2022, we have participated in the UNHCR program supporting the employment inclusion of refugees. Through this partnership, a professional from Afghanistan has joined our Firm.
This experience demonstrates how solidarity can spark meaningful paths of mutual growth and how inclusion, beyond being an essential ethical value, can represent a strategic resource that enriches human capital with new and complementary perspectives and skills.
Collaboration with Opera San Francesco per i Poveri ETS
Support at the Community Kitchen
Each month, our professionals and staff members volunteer their time to serve meals and provide assistance to people in need at the Opera San Francesco per i Poveri ETS Community Kitchen in Milan.
This ongoing commitment reflects our connection to the community, strengthens our bond with the local area, and brings our values of solidarity to life.
Clothing Collection
In collaboration with Opera San Francesco per i Poveri ETS in Milan and the Italian Red Cross – Municipality 2–3 Rome Committee, we regularly organize clothing and accessory drives for individuals facing hardship.
This initiative supports vulnerable members of our communities while fostering a circular approach to donated consumer goods.

Environmental Sustainability
Our internal sustainability policies have not only fostered a virtuous approach to everyday work within the Firm but have also produced measurable results — including a reduction of approximately 50% in paper and energy consumption.
These achievements show how a responsible and innovative organization, supported by everyone’s daily actions, can generate a meaningful positive impact on the environment.
Training and Awareness
We periodically host seminars and events focused on environmental, social and governance‑related topics, engaging professionals, clients and stakeholders in constructive dialogue.
AReTogether
This initiative aims to deepen cultural awareness across the Firm by organizing guided visits to exhibitions, collections and cultural events.
It provides opportunities to explore the artistic heritage of our cities in a group setting that builds cohesion and strengthens team spirit.
