Matilde works in the field of structured finance, dealing in particular with securitization transactions of various nature and complexity (including securities issuance on a partly paid basis and revolving structures and real estate securitisation transactions), covering different types of assets (including residential mortgage loans, SME loans, leasing contracts, commercial credits, performing and non-performing credits) and providing legal advice to banks, intermediaries, investment funds, servicers and financial institutions, on both domestic and international markets.
