The Firm’s lawyers have broad expertise in the structuring of alternative investment funds focused on investments in receivables, through direct origination, purchase in the secondary markets, or through contribution by banks or other financial intermediaries, as well as in establishing multilevel collective investment schemes and securitisation vehicles.
