Alessandro practices in structured finance and lending transactions with a focus on assisting banks, investors, arrangers, originators, and servicers in securitization transactions involving different asset classes, including financial leasing agreements, auto loans, and performing and nonperforming loans portfolios. He has also gained experience both in equity capital markets especially with regard to IPO process and corporate M&A transactions as well as in debt capital markets operations, being involved in issuing of debt securities and mini bond at stock exchange.
