Claudia practises on structured finance and, in particular, securitisation transactions. She gained experience in advising originators, servicers and investors on several securitisation transactions involving also non-performing exposure (including GACS transactions and partly-paid transactions) secured by a wide range of asset classes (residential mortgage loans, leases receivables and relevant real estate assets). Claudia also advises on transfers of receivables’ portfolios and has gained experience in drafting and negotiating servicing agreements.
