Pietro Stefani

Pietro focuses on banking law and structured finance. He has gained experience, in particular, in the context of real estate, acquisition and corporate financing transactions, as well as refinancing and debt restructuring, where he regularly assists multinationals, banks and companies of primary standing, investment funds and financial institutions. He also assists sponsors and originators with respect to the structuring and finalization of a wide range of securitization transactions (including transactions involving non-performing loans).
