Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners (CRCCD) announces the appointment of Daniela Fioretti as Partner, with whom the firm inaugurates a new department dedicated to European Union law and competition law, areas of growing importance for its clients.
Daniela has extensive experience in various areas of European Union law (with a particular focus on competition law), administrative law, and regulatory matters. In particular, she advises on State aid, merger control, abuse of dominant position proceedings, and antitrust investigations. She also has significant expertise in antitrust compliance, distribution agreements, and consumer protection.
Throughout her career, she has also dealt with public procurement, regulation of state-owned companies, environmental and urban planning law. She has developed in-depth knowledge of regulated sectors, including energy, telecommunications, transport, and infrastructure – covering airports, ports, and railways – as well as local public services. Her work also extends to the management of complex procedures such as authorization processes, Golden Power reviews, and the granting of public subsidies, ensuring an integrated and strategic approach to the most complex issues of EU, administrative, and regulatory law.
Silvio Riolo, Managing Partner of CRCCD, commented:
“The appointment of Daniela as Partner and the creation of the new department represent an important strategic development. Her experience allows the firm to further strengthen its ability to support clients in key and constantly evolving sectors.”
With Daniela’s arrival, the firm now counts thirty partners, further enhancing its already significant female representation.
