She regularly provides assistance to issuers in the context of debt financing transactions through the establishment of Euro Medium Term Note and certificates programmes, as well as in the context of liability management operations. She is also involved in transactions for the issuance and listing of shares in the equity capital markets sector and provides assistance to alternative investment funds for their operations on the Italian markets. Bianca gained also experience in the transportation field and in commercial litigation and asset finance matters.
