Caterina works in the field of structured finance. In particular, she gained experience in securitisation transactions involving the sale of various types of assets and the underwriting of debt securities: she has worked on significant transactions implemented in the Italian market, involving the transfer and management of non-performing exposures, as well as the setting up of innovative platforms for the management of non-performing loans and UTP claims. Also, she participated in the set-up of certain covered bond issuance programmes.
