Chiara deals mainly with corporate law, with a focus on bankruptcy, assisting creditors, debtors and third-party investors with standstill agreements, turnaround plans, debt restructuring transactions and composition with creditors. Chiara advises clients on the acquisition of companies, assets and receivables within the context of insolvency proceedings and corporate turnaround transactions.  She also practises in the area of banking and finance law, providing assistance to banks, financial institutions, securitization vehicles, investment funds and corporates (Italian and international) in the context of leveraged finance, corporate finance and real estate finance transactions, and in the context of special lending transactions, also in the framework of securitization transactions under Law No. 130/99, and distressed M&A transactions.
