Cinzia practises in the areas of structured finance with a particular focus on securitisation transactions. She is experienced in advising domestic and international investment banks, servicers and financial institution in connection with securitisation transactions (including transactions benefiting from the GACS, partly-paid notes and revolving structures) backed by a wide range of asset classes (residential mortgage loans, loans granted to small and medium-sized enterprises, trade receivables, leases receivables and NPLs). Cinzia also advises on transfers of receivables’ portfolios, both performing and non-performing.
