Daniela has extensive experience in various areas of European Union law (with a particular focus on competition law), administrative law, and regulatory matters. In particular, she deals with State aid, merger control, abuse of dominant position and cartel proceedings. Her expertise also includes antitrust compliance, distribution agreements, and consumer protection.

Daniela practice also covers public procurement, the regulation of publicly owned companies, as well as environmental and urban planning law. She has developed in-depth knowledge of regulated sectors, including energy, telecommunications, transport, and infrastructure — including airport, port, and railway infrastructure — as well as local public services. Daniela is also experienced in managing complex procedures such as authorization processes, Golden Power filings, and the granting of public funding, ensuring an integrated and strategic approach to the most complex issues in EU law, administrative law, and regulatory matters.
