Davide focuses mainly on structured finance and, in particular, on securitisation transactions. He has gained experience in advising noteholders on several securitisation transactions (including partly-paid notes and real estate securitisation transactions) backed by a wide range of asset classes (including leasing agreements, non-performing receivables, receivables vis-à-vis public administrations and receivables backed by collateral). Davide also advises on transfers of receivables’ portfolios in favor of alternative investment funds.
