Over the last few years, Elio has focused on extraordinary transactions on non-performing exposures and the creation of innovative servicing platforms for the disposal and management of such assets, advising funds, servicers and banks in the most significant transactions in the Italian market. He also advises domestic and international investment banks, servicers and financial institutions in connection with securitisation transactions benefiting from the Italian Sate guarantee (GACS), and investment products and bond issuances. Moreover, Elio handles the structuring of covered bond issue programmes and liability management transactions.
