He has also gained significant experience in the management of disputes arising from the scope of securitisation operations, also with specific reference to the possible liability profiles of the parties involved in the management of such structures. He also has a solid experience in the management of civil litigation by product liability, in particular in the medical and pharmaceutical sector.
