Federico focuses mainly on banking and financial law and, in particular, on structured finance transactions. He regularly provides legal assistance in favor of banks, financial institutions (including public sector), investment funds and servicers in relation to transfer of receivables and securitisation transactions on various types of asset classes and implemented both on a synthetic basis (through CRM instruments and aiming to obtain SRT) and traditional basis (through different financial and legal structures, including transactions benefiting from “GACS”, partly-paid notes and revolving structures). Federico has also gained experience in litigation in relation to civil and commercial law matters.
