Isabella focuses her practice on real estate law and assists primary national and international players, corporate clients and real estate investment funds, operating on the main asset classes of the real estate industry (logistics, retail, hotels, residential and offices). She assists in civil law matters related to all stages of the investment, development and sale of real estate portfolios, such as sale and purchase agreements, large property lease agreements, business leases, service agreements, property and facility agreements and due diligence activities.
