Linda primarily operates in the fields of banking and finance law and restructuring, advising banks, financial intermediaries, securitization vehicles, investment funds, and Italian and international companies on a wide range of transactions, including leveraged finance and corporate finance.

Also provides counsel on refinancing and debt restructuring transactions, both out of court (through certified recovery plans and debt restructuring agreements) and within the framework of insolvency proceedings.

Additionally, Linda assists in special lending transactions, including those structured as part of securitizations under Law No. 130/1999, as well as in distressed M&A deals, adopting an integrated approach that combines banking, financial, and insolvency expertise.
