Lorenzo focuses on structured finance. In particular, he acquired experience on and securitisation transactions (including transactions involving partly-paid notes and revolving structures) backed by a wide range of asset classes (including loans granted to small and medium-sized enterprises, trade receivables and NPLs). He also advises on basket bond transactions and subscription of bonds.
