Luca practices on structured finance with particular focus on securitisation transactions (including GACS-guaranteed transactions, partly-paid structures and revolving structures), involving different types of assets (including residential mortgages, SMEs loans, leasing agreements, consumer loans, trade receivables and non-performing exposures). He also advises on basket bond transactions, factoring transactions and transfers of portfolios of receivables, both performing and non-performing.
