Maurizio primarily focuses on banking and finance law, advising banks and financial intermediaries, securitisation vehicles, investment funds and companies, both Italian and international, in connection with leveraged finance, corporate finance and real estate finance transactions. Maurizio also assists clients in refinancing and debt restructuring transactions carried out through insolvency proceedings, certified recovery plans and debt restructuring agreements, as well as special lending transactions, including those related to securitisations pursuant to Italian Law No. 130/1999, and distressed M&A transactions.
