Olga advises clients on banking, finance and structured finance matters. In particular, she regularly advises Italian and international clients (i.e. banks, financial companies, investment funds and other financial intermediaries) on securitisation transactions of performing and distressed assets, acquisition finance, real estate financing and supply chain finance, also providing legal assistance and advice on financial regulatory matters.
