Paolo, chartered accountant, is specialised in the taxation of M&A, private equity, structured finance and real estate transactions. He also deals extensively with debt restructuring and regularly handles matters pertaining to corporate taxation, extraordinary finance transactions and tax litigation. He is a member of the IFA and a member of the IBA Tax Committee.
