Silvio has gained extensive experience, both in-house and in private practice, with an emphasis on complex financial transactions across the entire investment cycle in the alternative investment space.  In particular, he specialises in domestic and cross-border private equity transactions, M&A (performing and distressed), corporate finance and special situations, as well as in structuring platforms for the acquisition and management of non-core and underperforming assets.

Silvio was the general counsel and chief compliance officer of a leading European investment platform sponsored by KKR, holding executive and non-executive positions in various Italian and foreign companies.
