Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Silvio Cavallo as Partner.

Silvio brings with him a strong and multifaceted professional background, built over nearly 20 years of experience in both in-house roles and leading international law firms, with a particular focus on private equity and complex financial transactions.

Since 2016, he has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Pillarstone, a platform founded by KKR, where he worked on complex domestic and cross-border private equity, turnaround, and structured finance transactions throughout the entire investment cycle.

Over the course of his career, Silvio has also worked with the Enforcement and Financial Crime Division of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority, as well as with the international law firm Paul Hastings, gaining distinctive expertise in private equity, special situations, corporate restructuring and turnaround, structured finance transactions, and regulatory matters.

Silvio will contribute to consolidating the firm’s activities and developing new strategic areas.
