Fabio has extensive experience in banking and finance law, particularly with regard to structured finance, innovative securitisation transactions, and project finance, mainly in the renewable energy sector. He specialises in transactions for the creation of platforms for the management, value enhancement and disposal of both secured and unsecured loans, for reinvestment purposes by banks or investment purposes by (predominantly foreign) third-party investors. Fabio also assists clients in contractual matters pertaining to such transactions, as well as in the issues related to the management of individual positions/assets. Throughout his career, he has also been involved in corporate and real estate finance and debt restructuring transactions. Furthermore, Fabio advises clients on investment fund transactions for the investment in portfolios of impaired loans.
