Giulia deals with various legal issues concerning (i) intellectual and/or industrial property rights (including, but not limited to, trademarks, patents, designs and copyright); (ii) Information Technology, with a particular focus on the drafting and negotiation of software-related agreements; (iii) acts of unfair competition; (iv) consumer protection, laws on advertising and prize events; and (v) privacy e data protection. She advises national and international clients on the above issues, both out-of-court and in civil and administrative proceedings.
